How do I subscribe?

You may subscribe here. The online form allows you several options at different points:

1. You may fill out the form, print it and mail it in with a check;
2. Or print it with your credit card information and fax it to us;
3. Or order it online (secure site).

Unfortunately, due to staffing circumstances, we are unable to take subscriptions over the phone.

Can non-CES employees subscribe?

Yes, please do!

What back issues are available?

Available back issues are listed on the subscription page (along with a link to a photo of the covers) where they can be ordered for $5.00 USD each. If the issue you want is not on that list, we are sold out.

What is the subscription price?

The regular subscription price is $10.00 USD for two to three issues.

Why do I have to resubmit credit card information for back issues or resubscribing?

We do not keep credit card information for two reasons:

1. Expiration dates on cards require resubmission when they are reached.
2. Your credit card information, although on a very secure server, is removed as quickly as we can possibly do so. This is added protection for your personal financial information.

How do I change my address?
